Clean hotel, and the staff were respectful, location was easy near Mississipi river. I got non-smoking, updated room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Could use their safe parking.

My experience at this relatively small hotel was just perfect. I liked the ideal location, the bright room and outstanding staff. Great food, reasonably priced. Superb customer care too.

It was cozy hotel and we had a fairly nice stay. Well-kept and immaculate room along with absolutely amazing staff. Restaurant in property was exceptional and the pool area was great.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other great central hotels. Hotel was in an unbeatable location with sweet staff. Bar was pretty good. The service was exemplary and the food was FRESH.

The room was cozy and the breakfast was savoury. The bar area was good, I liked it. Had quick check-in experience and the staff was very supportive. Had no problem using their small parking, the internet was free.

Appealing and clean nice central hotel. Breakfast choices were tasty. Cute view, a little balcony, extremely comfy bed, too. People were outstandingly accommodating and ready to render an excellent service.

We loved our functional rooms, plus the staff was approaching! Great meals with hot drinks. Ideal location and superb service in the hotel. Amazing place to stay whilst in Memphis.

Simple location, condescending staff, really cozy bed. Hotel was clean. The pool was heated too. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi was available here. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Memphis.
